About the role

This is role is to provide support of the basic data entry for Human Resource and Admin department. Also requires effective communication and liaison with counterparts in HQ to support business operations and ensure smooth collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

HR Admin

  • Assist in the recruitment process for non-executive positions, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and attending interviews when required.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data from the system
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the local office and Headquarters.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc HR and administrative assignments as required.

Marketing

  • Email to reach out and invite writers to submit their materials (articles, manuscripts) for review and arrange follow up with editorial and acquisition teams.
  • Maintain professional and courteous email communication at all times.
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc marketing task when needed.

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Entry-level experience in either HR or marketing, with a keen interest in both disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
