**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and implementing content strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Translate Thai content to English accurately to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve content and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage and update online content regularly to keep it fresh and relevant.
- Support the creation of digital marketing materials including social media posts blogs and newsletters.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of online initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience.
- Provide support in managing online communities and responding to user inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Must have proficiency in speaking Thai and translating Thai to English.
- Must have a strong understanding of Thai language and culture.
- Must have experience in content strategy and online/digital marketing.
- Nice to have experience in managing online communities and user engagement.
- Nice to have knowledge of SEO and online analytics tools.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be adaptable to rotational shifts.
- Must have a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
