Responsibilities

  • Review, classify, and take appropriate action on user-generated content in compliance with client policies.
  • Stay updated on evolving client policies, procedures, and community standards.
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating as needed to senior teams.
  • Serve as an advocate for user safety and community well-being.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training and team discussions for continuous skill development.
  • Handle sensitive or controversial content with professionalism and neutrality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates or experienced professionals welcome).
  • Strong coping skills, emotional resilience, and stress management ability.
  • Proficient in English and Japanese or Korean (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or graphic content.
  • High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and objective decision-making skills.
  • Passion for internet culture, social media platforms, and online communities.
  • Culturally aware of political and social contexts in the relevant market.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with rotational rest days.
  • Committed to quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is an advantage.
