Description

  • Monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.
  • Analyze and review flagged content for accuracy and adherence to platform policies.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommendations for policy improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues effectively.
  • Maintain a detailed record of reviewed content and actions taken.
  • Identify trends and patterns in policy violations and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Support team members by sharing best practices and knowledge.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.

Profile

A successful Content Reviewer (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Korean language (min TOPIK Level 4 and above) and fluency in English. Candidates with TOPIK Level 3 is also welcomed to apply
  • Candidate must be open to rotational shift and open to work on PH and weekend.
  • A degree or diploman in any field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with trust and safety policies in digital platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and methods is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from MYR 72000 to MYR annually.
