Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Review Manager, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Content Review Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation, review, and editing of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. They will develop content guidelines, manage content workflows, conduct quality assurance checks, and collaborate with content creators to maintain high standards. The role also involves conducting research to ensure that content is current, relevant, and engaging.

Qualifications

  • Experience in content creation, content review, and content editing
  • Skills in developing content guidelines and managing content workflows
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and content consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with content creators and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in conducting research to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
