  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English Language (Read/Speak/Write)
  • Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
  • Reviewing/updating contents on a social media platform
  • Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
  • Will handle escalations, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines.
  • Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective countries
  • Mature & analytical
  • High on teamwork and engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

· 1 years of experience in content moderation, however, fresh graduate with a degree certification will be considered

· Minimum should posses Diploma qualification and above

· Must have analytical abilities to analyses data, trends from effectiveness surveys

· Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable

· Resilience - strong emotional fortitude and resilience in handling potentially sensitive content

· Critical thinking - ability to effectively navigate gray areas, break down complex problems and develop independent solutions

· Ability to work non-standard hours as required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM4,200.00 per month
