Role: Content Moderator

Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Freshers/Fresh Graduates can apply

Shift: 5 days work and 2 days off per week (Non fixed day off).

Working hour:7am to 10pm (current rotation), in future might changed to rotational 24/7

Benefits:

KPI Incentive: RM 300

Shift Allowance: Included*Hourly Rates (Night Shift Allowance Applicable): 8pm to 6am*


•More than 5 hours: RM 16/ hour


•Less than 4 hours: RM 11/ hour

Job Requirements:
•Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline)


•Nationality: Native Hong Kong

Roles & Responsibilities –

Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material

Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform

Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload

Generic & Behavioral Skills –

Proficiency in Native Language (Read/Speak)

Good command over verbal & written English language

Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work , Social Media platforms is a plus

Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries

Mature & analytical

High on team work and engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM11,000.00 per month
