**Job Overview**
At CoreBridge Solutions, we are looking for a seasoned **Digital Project Manager** who excels in managing complex web development projects and facilitating effective collaboration across globally distributed teams. This role requires robust project management skills, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to lead diverse teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct the full lifecycle of internal web development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high standards of execution.
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across cross-functional, global teams, including developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Implement Agile methodologies, conduct sprint planning sessions, and review meetings to ensure projects are on track and adaptable to changes.
- Adapt project management processes and web technologies to suit project demands and team dynamics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery and outcomes.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines and goals.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant professional experience in managing digital projects, particularly focused on web development.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools, such as ClickUp and Jira, and familiar with CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, capable of managing and coordinating with diverse and distributed teams.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II are preferred.
