Project Manager, Digital Health

**Essential Responsibilities**
1. Ensure customer readiness by following best practices set by Global PMI Leader - Operational Readiness Design and customer workflow

2. Responsible for project ownership, risk management, change management, issue tracking and escalation, project status and documentation

3. Identify, evaluate and support opportunities to improve a variety of systems and initiatives critical to DHS Smart Suite and AVS success

4. Manage day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract. Specifically: Work closely with the Customer, Order Management Specialist, Manufacturing, and Field Teams (e.g., Install, Clinical Application Specialists, Sales) to remotely coordinate the delivery and installation process ensuring timely execution of assigned installation projects

5. Execute Customer SOW (Statement of Work) for each DHS Smart Suite project

6. Maintain alignment between the project team and external resources.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
1. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience

2. PMP certification required

3. 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Medical industry

4. 3 years of experience leading technical teams

5. 3 years of experience supporting Medical Devices

6. 3 years of experience supporting hospital Network and Firewall requirements

7. Solid understanding of cloud technology

8. 3-5 years software industry experience

9. 5 years of experience managing multiple, complex implementation projects

10. Complete understanding of PMI project phases

11. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

12. Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities

13. Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

14. Excellent customer service skills

15. Ability to explain complex concepts to senior leaders, product experts, and customers.

16. Proven project management experience in complex environments

17. Experienced with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

18. Experienced with MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project or other Project Management tool.

19. Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments

20. Track record of leading successful IT projects and creative problem solving

21. Some level of travel (25-30%) may be required for customer visits.

**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Agile and Scrum experience desired

2. Understanding of network connectivity

3. Experience supporting healthcare customers with customer agreements, HIPAA, HITECH, network, security, data and privacy concerns

4. Experience with EHR/EMR and DICOM Communication

5. Experience working remotely and managing remote teams
