**Position Overview**
- As an action-oriented individual, you thrive on transforming ideas into reality.
- In this role, you will lead e-commerce projects, placing a strong emphasis on implementing effective digital and performance marketing strategies in existing and new markets.
- Your expertise will play a vital role in attaining marketing objectives and optimizing return on investment (ROI).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies ensuring their successful implementation from conception to completion.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize conversions and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Create and edit videos for various marketing purposes, such as product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and customer testimonials.
- Develop visually appealing designs for website layouts, product pages, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Other related responsibilities assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ Degree.
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Facebook Ads experience preferred.
- Experience with copy-writing and design for e-commerce preferred.
- Experience with agency or direct to consumer e-commerce preferred.
- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS) will be a plus.
- Experience starting things from the ground-up.
- Action and Results Oriented.

**Other Details**:

- Working Hours**:Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)
