**TLDR: We’re seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who is fluent in both Mandarin & English for an eCommerce company in the sleep industry (full-time, fully remote, Asia time zone)**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics processes and supporting our expansion into international markets. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics, we want to know more about you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and warehouses to ensure the timely and accurate flow of goods.
- Conduct research to identify new suppliers, products, and expansion opportunities in international markets.
- Assist in negotiating agreements and contracts with suppliers and other partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
