**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and liaise with corporate partners for CSR collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Plan event logistics, including timeline management, materials preparation, and on-site setup.
- Assist in developing event proposals and sponsorship decks.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Manage registration processes, attendees list, and volunteer assignments.
- Support event marketing efforts, including preparing social media content and simple design work (e.g., Canva).
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct post-event follow-up and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, preferably in non-profit, CSR, or community engagement fields. (Fresh graduates with strong internship/volunteer experience are also welcome.) **Strong organizational and multitasking skills.**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) and social media familiarity are an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends/public holidays if required during events.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
