Raw & Co is a premium men’s grooming brand specializing in high-quality hair clay and styling products. We are building a luxury yet relatable brand presence, and we’re looking for a talented Content Creator & Live Host to join our marketing team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and confident individual who can create engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and host live selling sessions to boost product awareness and sales. This is a dual role where you’ll be both behind the camera (content creation) and in front of it (live host).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, etc.) showcasing our men’s hair products.
- Host live sessions on TikTok Shop and other platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Develop creative ideas for campaigns, trends, and viral content.
- Engage with followers and viewers during lives, answering questions and demonstrating product benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and goals.
- Track performance of content and live sessions to improve results.

**Requirements**:

- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in hosting live sessions.
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube content.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of trending formats, memes, and social media culture.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar apps).
- Passion for men’s grooming, lifestyle, or fashion is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil is a bonus).
