About the role

ZITRA PLUS SDN. BHD. is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content across multiple digital platforms to support our marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualizing and producing high-quality content, especially for Tiktok videos and other digital assets
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand content objectives and target audience preferences
  3. Researching industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content strategy
  4. Optimizing content for search engine visibility and user engagement
  5. Monitoring content performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  6. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest content creation tools and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in content creation or a related field
  2. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, informative, and persuasive content
  3. Proficiency in using content creation tools and software, such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video editing software
  4. Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platform best practices
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
