  • Strong interest in social media content creation, videography, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in editing tools (e.g., CapCut etc) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Creative, organized, and up to date with current social media trends.

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.


Job Responsibilities

Reels Creation

  • Plan, shoot, and edit 3 reels per week in English for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and etc

Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with brand goals, campaigns, and promotions.

Bilingual Content Development

  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and storytelling content in both English and Mandarin.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish reels on Instagram, Facebook, and etc
  • Respond to audience interactions, inquiries, and direct messages professionally.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach).
  • Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Collaborations

  • Work with influencers/KOLs and other creatives for collaborative content.

Graphic Design

  • Create eye-catching graphics for posts, ads, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Community Building

  • Build and nurture an online community by engaging followers through stories, polls, Q&A sessions, and direct messages.
