**Title : Warehouse Logistic Manager**

Location : Pulau Indah

Working days : 5 or 5.5days

Nature of Business : IT Solution provider
- To manage end-to-end warehouse operations including logistics, receiving, managing inventory and ensure stock accuracy
- Be responsible for the P&L of the department and assist the company to minimize cost of operations and increase productivity through processes, working with IT or policies.
- Responsible to handle, upkeep & maintain the warehouse of 6000sqft
- Ensure the right KPIs and goals are set, and continuously drive improvement in order to maximize Profitability, Lead Time, Delivery Cost Efficiency, SLAs, reduce lost & damages.
- Ensure warehouse operational comply with security and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for timely inventory updates, ensure proper implementation of FIFO (first in first out), cycle counting and ensuring the accuracy of inventory.
- Responsible in overseeing stock counting procedures and lead the investigation to minimize variances come up with an improvement plan.
- Analyze & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by Management.
- Ensure information pertaining to inventory such as balance available, location, ageing, etc. are accurate and updated on timely basis and keeping stock loss not be more than percentage setup by Management.
- Collaborate with inter dept and other relevant departments on planning and scheduling for production to ensure market requirements are met while maintaining inventory balances and ageing within the target.
- Ensures that the operation complies with all policies and procedures.
- Generates ideas about future logistics and supply chain activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy, maintains up to date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and trends.
- To understand and identify business critical issues, communicating such both upwards and downwards as is necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance of lorry and any other warehouse equipment to prevent downtime and interruption of operation
- Review and analyze packaging practices to ensure cost reduction and damage prevention are optimized.
- Leadership　
- Strong ability to coach and build up our current team to become standardize with best practices.
- Recruit employees and leaders who can bring our supply chain and operations to the next level
- Requirement
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Good written communication & interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any field related to logistics management. Several years of professional experience is also required as it could be a crucial advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
