**Responsibilities**:

- To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.
- Ensure the safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
- To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations in the incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization, administration, and retrieval systems.(ERP System)
- To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count
- To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times
- Liaised with the sales, production, shipping / Purchasing & QA/QC department on all issues about the processing of sales orders, packing, food safety & quality and to ensure on time lorry/tanker/container delivery to customer.
- Having skills in forklift driving, including forklift maintenance & recording, is an advantage.
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly reports, monthly reports, and management reports.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess a certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Possess excellent organizational, planning, and management skills; outstanding interpersonal, and teamwork skills as well as analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERPsystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **Mandarin**, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.
- Able to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
