Internship in HR Department

**You'll make a difference by**:
- Manage employee offboarding processes.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including leave management, insurance and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances or concerns.
- Support performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
