Purchasing
a) Prepare purchasing and stock control procedures.
b) Liaise with suppliers for corrective action request related to supplier delivery.
c) Responsible to ensure goods are purchased is in order.
d) Coordinate and expedites flow of materials according to production and delivery schedule and compiles and maintain manual or computerized record.
e) Prepare comparison summary of supplier quotation.
f) Follow up on evaluation results such as quality, costs, delivery and financial status of suppliers.
g) Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability.
h) Ensures that supplies, equipment, and services purchased are of acceptable quality and at the least possible cost.
i) To generate and process purchase order, delivery order and other purchasing relevant documents to customers.
k) File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
l) Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties.
m) Participate in ISO Internal audit activities.
n) To be a part of Product Recall Committee Members.
