_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_

Handling procurement activities in the company to ensure company's operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
- **Requirement & Qualification**:_
- Min Degree and above.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word and PowerPoint and purchasing software.
- 3 years of experience as a procurement executive or in a similar position
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Main Roles & responsibilities**:_
- Sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers, products and services, negotiating the best deal for the company - the highest quality product available for the lowest price while meeting company's operational requirements, client expectations and industry regulations.
- Preparing proposals for the procurement of new / alternative goods and services.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and standard procedures.
- Generating purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs. Monitoring status of orders and contracts to ensure contract compliance.
- Managing contract administration and dispute.
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or document issues.
- Compiling data and assessing suppliers' performance on a periodical basis.
- Preparing budgets, spend analysis, and purchasing reports as and when required.
- Maintaining and updating accurate price and supplier information in system.
- Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
