MOONLIGHT CAKE HOUSE is a well-established bakery brand with 19 years of excellence and over 20 outlets across Malaysia. Known for delivering **“your favorite cake in town”**, we emphasize quality, service, and a clean mínimalist brand image. We are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our retail leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily outlet operations including staff management, scheduling, display, and stock control
- Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure outlet targets and sales promotions are well-executed
- Report to area manager and assist in implementing operational improvements
- Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOP
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or F&B store supervision (bakery experience is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to relocate or rotate among outlets as required
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
