**OTM Planning**
- To plan order and trucks via OTM (buy & sell simultaneously) with correct lead time and update OTM ID in truck request daily accurately.
- To register trucks in SCE accurately and assign the truck to correct shipment ID in SCE.
- To monitor and update truck movement in BR/BRL in WhatsApp group when requested.
- To liaise with billing team for any changes in rate, new customer, new SKU, and route planning for transporter.
- To strictly ensure no orders missed out to plan and double check all the orders in SCETMS/WMS system once planning complete. To check and clear new customers in Leaf and update Master Location data accurately. To perform related duties as required by superior.

**Control Tower (CT)**
- To actively communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal parties to coordinate transportation activities.
- To accurately assign truck to correct shipment ID for data capturing and reassign the correct truck for revised truck before truck enter the geofence.
- To assist in identifying potential delays or disruptions and communicate findings to the team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
