- To maintain a good housekeeping practice.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or certificate.
- 1-2 years working experience as operators.
- Preferably with experience in Die bond and Wire bond process.
- Able to work in rotation shift

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
