_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- **CNC Machining Operations**: Perform CNC machining operations based on the setup sheet, job router, inspection plan, and QMS documents to ensure high-quality product output.
- **Tool Adjustments**: Adjust inserts or cutters by offsetting or changing the cutter as needed for optimal performance and quality.
- **First Piece Inspection**: Perform first-piece inspections after tool changes, measuring affected dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Measurement & Inspection**: Accurately measure and inspect workpieces using manual tools (e.g., dial gauges, indicators, thread gauges) according to the prescribed measuring techniques.
- **Machine Setup**: Setup CNC 3-axis milling machines for specific production runs, ensuring proper configuration of tools, fixtures, and materials.
- **Production Efficiency**: Optimize production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings to meet desired cycle times and target production rates.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machines and surrounding work areas, adhering to 5S principles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- **Cost-Saving Measures**: Protect and re-use used cutters to promote cost savings and minimize waste during production.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control) to complete production orders on time and resolve any operational challenges.
- **Work Instruction Adherence**: Follow work instructions from Supervisors/Engineers and complete tasks within the assigned cycle times or targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in operating and programming Mazak multi-axis CNC machines.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CNC programming system; familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machining processes, and tooling.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
