1. Study, understand and interpret (understand the GD&T and critical feature) new product drawing received from customer. 2. Responsible for designing of advance machining processes. 3. Ability to develop new processes and continuously improve existing processes. 4. MasterCam and UG are programming languages used by machinists to communicate with CNC machines to perform necessary operations. 5. Design product fixture, decide the cutter and insert to be used for the CNC machining. 6. Able to perform necessary setup for CNC machines by using any of the programming software such as MasterCam, UG etc. 7. Expert machinist to test run the program, troubleshoot and feedback. 8. Complete the engineering document such as Control Plan, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Tool life study or any other special engineering requirement that comply with international standards like (ASTM, ISO and etc) 9. Responsible for product transfer from foreign customers to Malaysia. 10. Responsible to provide on-the-job training to local employees. 11. Manufacturing process control.
