**JOB PURPOSE**

The responsibility is assisting a diverse and talented manufacturing team. Meanwhile, the primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. In addition, this will also include assisting in directing, disciplining, training and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a factory setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
- Assist Manager to Enforces company policies and guidelines
- Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities
- Assist the manager on production plans are completed by a certain time
- Contact appropriate sources for repair issues
- Assist Manager to implement manufacturing professional schedules
- Communicates with and assists other manufacturing departments as needed
- Assist Manager to evaluate the condition of production equipment
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
- Assist Manager to compile and analyzes production report

**Skill and Qualifications**
- Previous factory assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to track make standard reports
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
- Understand of machine controls and instrumentation
- Knowledge on food-based products and the statutory compliances
- Familiar with food related standard procedures.
- Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
- Able to work with multi-national staffs and workers
- Basic Computer knowledge

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
