**Service Advisor (SA) - Key Responsibilities**

The Service Advisor serves as a critical liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric service experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate repairs, manage expectations, and uphold service quality.

**Customer Interaction**
- Greet customers warmly and facilitate a smooth vehicle check-in process for scheduled service appointments.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, conduct preliminary visual inspections, and accurately document any pre-existing vehicle damage.
- Clearly explain service recommendations, drawing from technician diagnostics, customer feedback, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare and present detailed repair estimates; obtain customer approval before proceeding with any work.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing timely updates on repair status, scope changes, and unexpected delays.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every step.
- Foster trust and long-term customer relationships through transparent communication, empathy, and consistent service excellence.

**Service Coordination**
- Collaborate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs, optimizing shop workflow and resource allocation.
- Confirm the availability of required parts and coordinate orders with suppliers to prevent service delays.
- Communicate real-time updates to customers regarding progress and any necessary adjustments to repair plans.
- Manage approvals for additional repairs or parts not included in the original estimate in a timely and transparent manner.
- Conduct post-repair quality checks to verify that all services meet internal and manufacturer standards prior to vehicle delivery.
- Resolve service-related issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to the customer experience and maintaining satisfaction.

**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Accurately prepare and maintain service repair orders, documenting customer concerns, technician notes, and recommended services.
- Secure necessary signatures on all service documentation, including work authorizations and approvals.
- Process service payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently and in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and customer histories within the system.
- Generate and review invoices and ensure all service-related documentation is completed accurately.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming service area that reflects the company’s commitment to professionalism and customer care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
