About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at TOP ZONE AUTO GALLERY SDN BHD' in Butterworth Penang. In this dynamic and casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium range of automobiles.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Demonstrating and showcasing our vehicles to potential customers
  3. Negotiating pricing and closing sales in a professional and ethical manner
  4. Maintaining a deep knowledge of our product range and industry trends
  5. Providing post-sale support and building lasting relationships with customers
  6. Actively contributing to the overall sales strategy and growth of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a Sales Representative or Consultant role, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional sales experience
  3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Solid product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles
  5. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
