To provide the highest levels of service to both external and internal customers, booking & schedule vehicles in for service and repair.
- Test drives when required in conjunction with advice on technical matters.
- Assesses claims and processes appropriate parts of according to Warranty Manual.
- Checks with the warehouse that requisite spare parts are in stock.
- To prepare final repair quotation/price estimates/pro-forma invoice for customer approval.
- Submit quotations to customers and follow up on approval and query.
- Keeps informed during the work and immediately informs the customer of any changes to the extent, completion date and cost of the work.
- Ensures that the work ordered has been completed before the vehicle is collected by the customer.
- Ensure all identified work is scheduled to be done either now or booking confirmed for the future.
- To perform and other ad hoc duties as when required or as assigned by the superior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
