**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer marketing team in Singapore & Malaysia. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love executing campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships, and have a passion for engaging communities—this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Digital Marketing Execution**
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

**2. Event Marketing & Coordination**
- Assist in marketing Supermom B2C products like MomGenie at Supermom’s O&O events, including consumer activations, booth management and design.
- Manage post-event reporting and learnings.

**3. Partnerships & Collaborations**
- Support in strategic brand partnerships to enhance Supermom’s reach and drive consumer growth.
- Execute co-branded marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship activations.
- Ensure smooth execution of partner deliverables and marketing commitments.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer brands, digital marketing,
- Hands-on experience with event planning and marketing activations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter who thrives in execution and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in partnerships or community marketing is a plus.
