Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects (existing customers or new customer) - Developing and implementing strategies and best practices for existing customer - Building a strong relationship with our existing and new customer, AE and subcontractor - Formulate winning strategies for customer retention - Develop winning strategies to convert the sales for existing customer - Actively obtain market intelligence on market trends for key customers by following company MI protocol - Strengthening company position to increase market share in existing customer - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback in order to guide the continuous improvement of customer care services by using customer or Tialoc’s scorecard. - Responding to customer complaints/dissatisfactions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining customer account data/contact information in order to facilitate future contact - Acting as liaison between customers and project management departments in order to ensure projects are completed and close out or handover without LAD and litigation - Actively encourage safety awareness among the project team as well as promote the company EHS program to customer - Support the project management team by liaise with Client to ensure prompt collection from client
