In this role, you will support Workforce administration processes with focus on Time management for employees based across numerous geographical locations. Your expertise in Workforce administration and Time management will contribute to unifying and simplifying Leave of an absence and other time management processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, as well as maintaining accurate records and enabling data driven decision making for the organization.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of time management processes and service delivery data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders and customers to triage, analyze and prepare changes and implementations in Time management processes, ensuring local requirements align with global process design
- Collaborate in implementing and testing time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
- Analyze time and attendance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation
- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics associated with Service Delivery for time management processes
- Work closely with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to labor regulations and policies, as well as alignment with payroll requirements
- Train employees and managers on time and attendance systems, policies, and procedures
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to time management, attendance, and scheduling
- Continuously monitor and evaluate existing time management systems, making recommendations for enhancements or system changes as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated Time management processes related issues and provide timely resolution
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to promote best practices in time management and ensure consistent understanding and adherence across the organization
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for Time management processes in scope and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining local work instructions (LWIs) ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to Time management processes within Workforce Administration
**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborating with Global WFA Service Delivery Lead, HRIS, Payroll team and key stakeholders to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline Time management processes, resolve issues, create automations, and further enhance Time management tool capabilities and expand scope within the organization
- Monitor Service Delivery for Time management and employee direct access adoption to generate insightful reports and present findings to key stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and efficiency gains for management review and decision-making
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as HR, Finance, IT and Global Operations, to understand their needs and ensure alignment and smooth execution of workforce administration activities focusing on time management
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement system enhancements or upgrades related to workforce administration and time management tools and technologies
