**Job Descriptions**:
a. Provide first-level technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.

b. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, servers, and networking devices.

d. Ensure regular system backups, antivirus updates, and IT security protocols are in place.

e. Support project teams with IT requirements, including construction site connectivity, digital collaboration tools, and project management software.

f. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to resolve IT-related issues and manage equipment procurement.

g. Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance IT efficiency.

h. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT processes.

i. Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices and system usage.

j. Support digital transformation initiatives, such as ERP, CRM, and property management systems

k. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed

l. Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-4 years of IT support/administration experience**, preferably in property development, construction, or real estate (advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), and server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools, or property management software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data backup, and disaster recovery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely support in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel to project sites when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM software support (commonly used in construction).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Exposure to IT project implementation or digital transformation projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
