Sales Administration Manager

1. Oversee and co-ordinate the overall operations & administration of

Sales Administration Department;
2. Liaise with purchasers, bankers and lawyers (as and when required)

in relation to smooth administration on the process

3. Monitor and co-ordinate the Architect Certificates are obtained and

billings are generated and handed over to the respective banks/purchaser

(cash buyer) on timely manner;
4. Monitor collections for the Group and liaison with Solicitors as

and when required;
5. Read, review and comment the Sale and Purchase Agreements/ Deed of

Mutual Covenants/ Deed of Settlement

6. Reply letters to solicitors, financial institutions and/or

purchasers;
7. Co-ordinate, consolidate, prepare and finalize the monthly

management report Monthly Management Meeting and the daily updated

group collection report ;
8. Supervising, monitoring and guiding the Admin staffs in their daily

works on sub sale, refinance, auction, letter of undertaking and other

related relevant documents;
9. Build and maintain good rapport with the purchasers, bank,

solicitors and related parties. To assist and provide guidance to

subordinates for the smooth operation of the department;
10. Responsible for overall operation of the Sales Admin from monitoring

delivery of vacant possession and issuance of Strata Title (related

projects only);
11. Keep track on the progress collection, loan documentation, blanket

consent approval etc:
12. To allocate the carparks of the projects, deal with the Architect

and Land Surveyor and ensure the accessory parcels plans have been

certified by Architect.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
