Remote Sales Administrator

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Vendor Report Generation: Compile and generate vendor reports, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of vendor transactions.
2. Employee Contracts: Assist in the preparation and administration of employee contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and employment regulations.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding Administration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions, collecting required documentation, and setting up employee profiles in HR systems. Similarly, manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing termination paperwork, and coordinating final pay and benefits.
4. Sales Agent Administration: Manage administrative tasks related to sales agents, including processing new agent contracts, updating agent profiles in company databases, and coordinating training sessions and resources for new agents.
5. Sales Performance Reporting: Assist in generating sales performance reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management to support decision-making and strategy development.
6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents and contracts.
7. Database Management: Maintain and update employee records, sales agent profiles, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
8. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and disseminating information as needed.
9. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to employee administration, vendor management, and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a real estate or similar industry. Familiarity with HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, sales agents, and external partners.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
- This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or accommodate special projects.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
