Finance & Admin Manager (Remote)

Our client hiring for this role is a leading influencer marketing agency in Singapore. They are seeking a **full-time Finance & Admin Manager (remote role) **to join their team.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
**A. Financial Management**
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function.
- Prepare monthly management accounts for senior management review and submission to Group.
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve Group auditor queries.
- Must be experienced and familiar with Singapore tax regulations and accounting practices.
- Liaise with local tax advisors to ensure ongoing tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly cash forecasts and manage cash pooling transactions with Group.
- Liaise with sales teams to maintain a rolling forecast.
- Recognise revenue in accordance with IFRS 15 and reconcile WIP balances.
- Handle full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management, adhering to relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow effectively to ensure sufficient liquidity.
**B. Reporting and Compliance**
- Engage in Group finance projects and carry out other ad hoc duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
**C. HR & Administrative Support**
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage employee leave and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures in line with employment regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and service contracts.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
**D. Other Duties**
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- **Must have experience and familiarity with Singapore tax and accounting requirements to ensure compliance and efficient financial management.**:
- 2 to 3 years experience in finance management, bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Experience in project management with exceptional organizational skills and a mindset towards delivering results on time and on budget
- Ability to analyze data, metrics and insights to inform recommendations and optimization
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual
- Be comfortable to follow Singapore working days (Mondays - Fridays) and hours (9am - 6pm, SGT), and Singapore public holidays.
- Based in Malaysia
