**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and contribute to the overall success of the department. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing and coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and opportunity pipelines.

Coordinate communication between the sales team, internal departments, and customers, addressing inquiries or issues promptly.

Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Generate regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasting summaries for management review.

Track sales performance against targets and provide early alerts on gaps or opportunities.

Schecdule and organize meetings, appointments, client presentations, and follow-ups for the sales team.

Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for sales documentation and client correspondences.

Continuously suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or a similar administrative support role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications and documents.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with mínimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: RM2,305.07 - RM3,200.00 per month
