Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Management Intern to support our Sales team at GWM Malaysia. This role is primarily focused on paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks that contribute to smooth operational workflow and accurate reporting within the Sales department. You will work closely with Sales Managers and team, gaining hands-on experience in automotive sales operations.

Intern Period

3 months (Start from January 2026)

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing sales documentation
  • Support data entry in internal systems
  • Ensure all sales files and documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and document formatting.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management.
