To ensure implementation and compliance of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. - Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, standards and best practices within organisation. - Ensure that employees follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents, injuries and occupational health hazards. - Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazard in the workplace. - Conduct HSE Commitee Meeting, Toolbox Briefing and Internal Awareness Training. - Conduct incident investigation to determine the root cause and implements corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure the organisation remains compliant with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations. - Collaborative with internal departments, managers and employees to effectively communicate HSE policies, procedures and initiatives. - Analyse HSE data, including incident and inspection to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. - Perform regular safety inspections to identify areas of improvement. Follow up on identified issues and track their resolution. - Foster a safety-conscious culture within the organisation by promoting awareness, guidance and encouraging employee participation in HSE initiatives.
