**Planning**
- To assist Production Planner for planning and scheduling of production productivity and ensure smooth operational process flow.
- Coordinate between departments in order to ensure the production able run according to schedule / smoothly
- To monitor the production performance and assist Planner to resolve operational issues.
- Responsible for the production schedules, materials planning, coordination between departments
- To update and monitor daily production
- To help out in issue production schedule memo, stock allocation, raw material monitoring receiving, update stock position, and purchase requisition issuance.
- To circulate production schedule memo details, plan weekly
- To assist audits relating to production and material planning

**Reporting, Analysis and System Control**
- Act as a middle person between system users and the system supplier in order to resolve operational issues relating to production
- To generate production work order using the system
- To analyse and prepare report for production output, rejection and production performance
- To maintain and update the monitoring tracking system for production schedule
- To ensure all records are properly file for future reference, i.e., audit purpose

**Others**
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant
- Preferably minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in planning, inventory control or material management functions.
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good in observation and able to detect process flaws / issues
- Able to handle diverse and detailed tasks.
- Self-motivated & possess a positive working attitude
- Team player, good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, initiative and able to meet deadlines

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
