A. Responsibilities and Authorities 1. To supervise operator and daily section operation as assigned. 2. To perform daily operation task and report as assigned. 3. Identify and report unsafe operations to manager/director immediately. 4. To upkeep good housekeeping at the workplace. 5. Perform other job deem necessary by management. B. Requirements & Qualification: 1. SPM/Diploma and 4 years working experience in a same field. 2. Physical and healthy fit 3. Leadership skill and communication skill 4. Able to work long hours and working in shift 5. Communicate in simple English 6. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. C. Subordinate Supervised 1 Operator (Coagulation / PVA Dissolving / Spinning & Heat / Finished Good ) D. Job Competency 1. Skill in operate machine 2. Understand the process parameter requirement 3. Understand how their work affect environment 4. Responsibility towards EMS compliance 5. Understand implication of not conforming to EMS requirement
