1. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in spinning fiber bundle: Reads production schedule for information, such as quality of fiber, type of fiber, staple length, fiber size quality and textured desired, and ultimate use of fiber. 2. Complete draft required to reduce roving to specified fiber size and drafting gear size to effect draft, using mathematical formulas and tables. 3. Determines spacing of drafting rollers according to staple length of fiber. 4. Analyzes fiber specifications to determine amount of twist to put inti fiber. 5. Examine fiber to detect variations from standards. 6. Analyze & identify the problems of failures, monitor & coordinate process control. 7. Trains new employee 8. Schedules changes in machine setup to produce fiber according to production schedule, issuing change instruction to Section Leader and technician. 9. Schedules doffing of frames to avoid excessive downtime. 10. Performs other duties as described under Supervisor title.

We are the first factory to produce this product in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. As a reinforcing material for cement products, high-strength and high-modulus PVA fiber is not only excellent in tensile strength, impact strength, chemical resistance and cement alkali resistance, but also safe and harmless for human body and environment. It is an ideal substitute fiber to replace asbestos.
