QAqc Inspector

1. To ensure all the quality system as conform to ISO9001:2008 and ASME Quality Control Manual.

2. Assists the QC Manager for revising the Quality Control System and furnish the revisions to all holders of controlled copy of the Manual.

3. Monitor the compliance of this Manual at this shop location and field sites and report to the QC Manager if any non-conformance found.

4. Inspect all fabrication works in progress and hold any fabrication work that does not meet the requirement of Code.

5. Filing and issuing welding documents such as Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) and Welding Operator Performance Qualifications Records for fabrication use.

6. Timely inspection of inspection points identified in the Inspection and Test Plan and report to the QC Manager if any non-conformance found.

7. Ensuring timely calibration of quality control instrument and maintaining up-date quality control instrument calibration records.

8. Lease with authorized inspector, third party inspector, DOSH inspector and client representative for timely execution of inspection and document reviews.

9. Verification of materials and supporting Material Test Reports or Certificate of Compliance to code and client requirement.

10. Raise NCR to respective person/department/supplier if any non-conformity of Quality Standard found during the inspection.

11. To perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time and as required.

**JOB REQUIRMENTS**
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool &
- Welding or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
- Possess own transport.
