**Skop Tugas Utama**:

- **Perancangan & Persediaan Acara**:

- Menyemak butiran acara (tarikh, masa, lokasi, jenis acara, jumlah tetamu).
- Menyelia persediaan awal seperti susun atur dewan, meja, kerusi, dekorasi, dan peralatan katering.
- Pastikan semua keperluan pelanggan dipenuhi mengikut jadual dan standard syarikat.
- **Penyeliaan Staf & Operasi**:

- Menyelia dan memberi arahan kepada pramusaji, dapur, dan pasukan logistik.
- Pastikan semua staf hadir, berpakaian kemas, dan menjalankan tugas dengan betul.
- Tugaskan peranan kepada setiap staf mengikut keperluan acara.
- **Komunikasi & Koordinasi**:

- Bertindak sebagai orang tengah antara pelanggan dan pasukan operasi.
- Menangani sebarang isu atau aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan segera.
- Berhubung dengan vendor luar (jika ada) seperti dekorasi, bunyi, pencahayaan, dll.
- **Kawalan Kualiti & Keselamatan**:

- Pastikan kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan persekitaran terjaga.
- Lakukan pemeriksaan sebelum, semasa, dan selepas acara.
- Pastikan semua peralatan dan aset syarikat digunakan dengan baik dan dipulangkan dalam keadaan baik.
- **Selepas Acara**:

- Memantau proses pengemasan dan pengumpulan peralatan.
- Menyediakan laporan ringkas tentang prestasi acara, cabaran, dan cadangan penambahbaikan.
- Pastikan tapak acara ditinggalkan dalam keadaan bersih dan teratur.

Pay: RM1,579.98 - RM3,034.75 per month
