**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all room and event setups are completed as listed in the reservation book.
- General light cleaning including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and ledges, cleaning windows, emptying trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in good operating condition.
- General basic maintenance of facilities including, but not limited to: basic, simple repairs, equipment assembly, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Moving boxes, equipment, furniture etc. into or out of storage.
- Report all facility or equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Attend any scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
- Good communication & coordination with customer & supplier during event setup.

**Benefits**:

- We do contribution for KWSP and SOCSO after staff confirmation.
- Min 8 days annual leave per annum, more for senior position after staff confirmation.
- We provide medical coverage. You may claim up to the limit of your position after staff confirmation.
- Training will be provided.
