Role Description

At 
Prestigioo Events
, the Event Production Specialist plays a key role in transforming creative concepts into impactful live experiences. This position combines operational precision, leadership presence, and the ability to think on your feet — ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and prestige.

Your Role Includes:

  • Event Coordination:
     Manage the full production lifecycle — from planning, vendor coordination, and setup, to live execution and dismantling.
  • Floor Management:
     Take command of the event floor, ensuring seamless transitions, proper timing, and synchronized teamwork among all departments.
  • Briefing & Communication:
     Lead clear, structured briefings for crew, suppliers, and performers to align everyone on objectives and timelines.
  • Execution Excellence:
     Supervise and troubleshoot all technical, staging, and operational aspects during the event, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Vendor Liaison:
     Build strong working relationships with vendors and partners to maintain cost efficiency and production reliability.
  • Budget Control:
     Monitor and manage production costs with precision, ensuring alignment with the approved budget while maximizing value and quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in 
    Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • Minimum 
    2–3 years of experience
     in event coordination, production management, or similar roles (experience in 
    corporate events
     is a strong advantage).
  • Proven track record in 
    managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
    .
