Summary:

We are seeking a talented Esports Manager (Production Specialist) to work closely with Product Managers on production and delivery of esports events. Understanding how esports events and broadcasting work is key for this position. The ideal candidate is well organized, has experience with mobile esports and is striving for learning new things.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Managers with all pre-production, on-site, and post-production logistics for esports tournaments, live broadcasts, and other related content.
  • Maintain and distribute production schedules, call sheets, and contact lists to internal teams, external vendors, and players. Serve as a central point for timely communication about broadcast status during events.
  • Oversee the organization and distribution of necessary production assets, such as graphics packages, video rolls, music cues, and technical specifications, ensuring they are delivered on time to the relevant production teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, including post-mortem reports, technical specifications guides, and inventory lists for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with esports/sports project management and/or production.
  • 3+ years' experience working in esports or other live events and/or league
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese) languages.
  • A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving and time management approach.
  • Passionate and showed strong game literacy in few types of mobile gaming applications (e.g. Honor of Kings, PUBG) before.
