**Responsibilities**
- Identify and explore potential business opportunities to support market expansion and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project implementation.
- Promote a strong customer-focused culture across the organization in line with quality standards.
- Establish and implement contingency plans where necessary to address operational risks.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans in alignment with corporate goals.
- Collect and respond to customer feedback on products and services, ensuring effective after-sales service to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control sales-related expenses to enhance cost-efficiency and reduce overall sales cost.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, report feedback and Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Management System (QMS) matters to Top Management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives or escalate where necessary.
- Prepare monthly and yearly performance reports, including analysis and strategic insights.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills in **Mandarin and English**, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Agile, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the **precision manufacturing industry** is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of business management principles, machining, and fabrication strategies.
- Proven experience in project management and cross-departmental coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,700.00 - RM10,300.00 per month
