What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the project team to deliver cost-effective, timely and high quality developments
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and quality standards
  • Oversee coordination among contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Attend fortnightly coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
  • Provide reports to senior management and highlight the key issues and propose data-driven solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and workflow

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Project Management, including 3 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated success managing landed and complex development projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and construction management software is an advantage
