What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the project team to deliver cost-effective, timely and high quality developments
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and quality standards
- Oversee coordination among contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Attend fortnightly coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Provide reports to senior management and highlight the key issues and propose data-driven solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and workflow
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Project Management, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated success managing landed and complex development projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and construction management software is an advantage
