**Requirements**:
Minimum of SPM Certificate

1 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.

Able to at least operate a coffee machine

Required computer literacy skills:

- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Team

Able to speak Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

**Responsibilities**:
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages according to SOP.

Servicing customers and taking orders.

Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.

Ensure the stocks are well maintained at all times.

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.

Cleaning service and seating areas.

Promoting, describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.

Customer service skills and knowledge.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
